How much is a first class at Zen Pilates Bemowo?
Your first reformer class is 79 PLN. Buy a FIRST CLASS pass in Fitssey, then book your chosen class time separately. Your first mat class is 39 PLN instead of 59 PLN.
Can I come without any experience?
Yes. Start with “Pilates Reformer – początkujący” or Mat Pilates. Your instructor will explain the equipment and adjust the settings. You don’t need your own mat or a membership to try a class.
Can I use Multisport or Medicover Sport?
Yes, we accept them. You’ll find the full price list in Fitssey. Please read the rules for using cards at our studio.
What should I bring, and when should I arrive?
Comfortable clothes and grip socks. Equipment and water are provided at the studio. Arrive 10 minutes early to get changed and meet your instructor.
Are classes available in English?
Some classes are marked POL / ENG in the schedule. Confirm the language of your chosen session with reception before buying a pass.
