I. General studio rules

These rules govern the use of the studio. Anyone who does not follow them may be asked to leave.

  • Every client must accept and follow the studio rules.
  • Alcohol and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited in the studio. Clients must not attend classes under their influence.
  • Zen Pilates Studio accepts no responsibility for health consequences resulting from a failure to follow the instructor’s directions.
  • Every client must change their footwear or wear socks inside the studio.
  • After class, clients must disinfect the equipment they used with the products provided by the studio.
  • Participants must wear suitable sports clothing that allows free movement.
  • Classes must be booked through the Fitssey app. This is the studio’s only booking method.
  • Attendance is only possible after booking and paying for the class in advance.
  • Clients may buy single-class and multi-class passes. Validity depends on the offer and is shown in Fitssey before purchase. The first single pass is valid for one month from purchase, while selected packages are valid for one month from the first visit.
  • Group classes may be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance and private sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations are treated as attended sessions.
  • In circumstances beyond the client’s control, such as an injury, fracture or medical procedure, requests to pause a pass are considered individually. Contact the studio by email: recepcja.bemowo@zenpilates.studio (Bemowo) or recepcja.zabki@zenpilates.studio (Ząbki).

Extending and transferring unused class credits

  • When a pass expires, unused credits may be transferred to a new pass if it is purchased within seven days of the previous pass’s expiry. After that, unused credits are forfeited.
  • Credits can only be transferred within the same class type, for example from a Mat pass to a new Mat pass, or from Reformer to Reformer. Credits cannot be transferred between different service types.
  • These rules apply to all pass options: 4, 6 and 8 classes.
  • To transfer credits, email your studio’s reception team.

II. Additional provisions

  • Clients may submit a complaint by email to studio reception, including their full name, email address and a description of the situation. The studio will respond within 14 days.
  • The studio may suspend a client’s account for two weeks if they miss more than two booked classes without cancelling in advance.
  • The studio reserves the right to change the schedule, class types and prices.
  • The studio may cancel classes for reasons beyond its control. Clients will be informed as soon as possible by email or phone. Cancelled classes are not treated as attended, and the credits are returned to the client.
  • Classes with fewer than three bookings may be cancelled. Clients will be offered an alternative time.
  • Clients may terminate the agreement within 14 days of purchasing a pass. The pass is then settled according to the number of classes attended and the difference is refunded.
  • By attending a class, clients declare that they have no medical contraindications and participate at their own responsibility.
  • Clients arriving more than five minutes late cannot join the class. The class is treated as attended.
  • Pregnant clients must obtain their doctor’s approval and provide a certificate confirming there are no contraindications to participation.
  • Before every class, tell the instructor about any injuries, pregnancy or other health conditions.
  • Minors may attend only with written consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts full responsibility and stays with the child at the studio.
  • Clients may arrange personal accident insurance with an insurer of their choice. The studio is not responsible for the client’s insurance.
  • Personal belongings must be left only in designated areas. The studio accepts no responsibility for belongings left there.
  • The studio reserves the right to amend these rules. Clients will be informed by email or through Fitssey.
  • By participating in classes, the client voluntarily consents to their image being recorded in photographs and videos and to its processing, publication and distribution by the studio in promotional and marketing materials, including social media and the website, in accordance with the GDPR.

III. Multisport / Medicover Sport

  • Multisport and Medicover Sport cards may be used in accordance with the studio’s rules.
  • Each class requires a supplementary payment according to the current price list in Fitssey.
  • Multisport and Medicover cards can only be used once a day.
  • If a client misses a class without cancelling in the app beforehand, they lose the class credit and the booking deposit is deducted from their account according to the price list.
  • To use these cards, a deposit is required: 30 PLN for single-class passes or 90 PLN for a multi-class pass. The deposit covers potential late-cancellation charges.
